phpink is home to Author Author (dowload & demo available shortly) , a php & mysql program developed by Ann Bahnmiller.

Author Author is used by author groups/organizations to display biographical information about their members to end users such
as librarians and other groups

End users can simply browse all authors or search via: keyword, author, last name letter, genre, or county.

Author Author can also be used as a membership management tool as it allows gathering of the following types of information: author info, biographical info, contact information, photos, pseudonyms, testimonials, books, formats, counties, fees and genres.

Author Author permits collection of an author's book info that can be viewed by the end user by simply clicking on the author's name while viewing existing bios.

Authors can register and maintain their own biographical data such as: bios, name, pseudonyms, areas of expertise (presentation), photo, books, and contact information.

There is also an admin area where the author database can be managed.

This program can be altered to fit any organizations needs.
